On the stability of Toruń 32-m radio telescope pointing
In 2016 an observational campaign provided pointing data that helped achieving a significant improvement in pointing accuracy of Toruń 32-meter radio telescope (RT-32) (Lew 2016, 2018). The resulting generalized pointing model extended the previous models by accounting for a fine structure of the rail track irregularities and also by implementing some astrometric corrections. The model has been operational on RT-32 since December 2016 as a default pointing model. In the following months, pointing observations have been continued until the summer 2017. In this document we analyze these measurements in the context of long-term stability of the telescope pointing precision.
